COVID-19 Update - December 2021

UPDATE FEBRUARY 14, 2022: It's Official! We are finally out of lockdown!! Our staff has tested negative, and all prior safety protocols will remain in place. There are still some delays with logistics, but we are working closely with our Shipping Carrier to ensure no major issues will occur. At the moment, we are working overtime to get all unfulfilled orders from January shipped out as soon as possible.

UPDATE JANUARY 26, 2022: 
Thank you all for you patience during this time! The Lunar New Year is coming while we are still in lockdown. 

Unfortunately, this means that international shipments with Standard Shipping will be still be set to PREORDER until February 8, 2022.

After the Lunar New Year we are scheduled to be officially out of lockdown ! We will start shipping on February 9, 2022 and Standard Shipping will resume normally!

UPDATE JANUARY 8, 2022:
Happy New Year! We finally received our Moo Plush Shipments in the US and we have shipped most of them out! We will drop off the remaining slippers on Monday Jan 10. We will also be receiving our bulk inventory shipment later next week, so any remaining December orders should be fulfilled. ♡

Sadly, the lockdown is still ongoing as COVID-19 cases are still on the rise. We will be keeping the extended processing times (5-15 business days) for orders using Standard Shipping. USPS Domestic orders will not be impacted.

UPDATE DECEMBER 29, 2021
: Hi everyone! We wanted to update everyone about the shipping situation. Unfortunately, the current lockdown might be extended as COVID-19 cases continue to rise. We are working closely with our Shipping Carrier to ensure that we are up-to-date on all lockdown information and resume shipping as soon as it is deemed safe. 

Good News!

Our Moo Plush Slipper shipment has arrived to the US and is currently undergoing customs clearance. Hopefully (without any further delays) we will be receiving it by next week (edit: it'll arrive on January 5th!!). We will then be shipping out all unfulfilled orders as soon as possible.

UPDATE DECEMBER 24, 2021: Happy Holidays! Unfortunately, the situation with our Standard Shipping method has worsened with the city now on full lockdown. This lockdown might last 1-2 weeks depending on COVID-19 testing results in the region. We currently diverting resources to our US location and will be shipping most of our orders from there. 

What does this mean for you?

1. Unfulfilled Orders: We are currently awaiting the bulk of our inventory to arrive (estimated time: January 5, 2022). US Orders will automatically be upgraded to USPS Domestic. International orders will be shipped using USPS or UPS (depending on the country). Larger orders might be split into multiple shipments.

(Moo Plush Slippers: We have an inbound shipment of Moo Plush Slippers that was meant for a USPS Domestic restock. We will now be using that stock to fulfill all unfulfilled Moo Plush Slipper orders). 

2. Future Orders: All orders after December 24 will be set to PREORDER until January 8, 2021. All orders during that period will start shipping on January 9 and Standard Shipping will resume normally (unless the lockdown continues).

We would like to start by thanking everyone for their support and patience during this holiday season! This really means a lot to our small team. Unfortunately, we received a notice stating that the city in which we ship out Standard Shipping orders is currently in lockdown. Thankfully, our general area has not been hit and our staff has tested negative.

At the moment, we are actively working with our Shipping Carrier to ensure we ship out orders in a timely matter while keeping our staff safe. Due to the limited manpower, our processing time for Standard Shipping orders will be extended to 5-15 business days. Our US location is still processing orders as normal.
