If 30 days have gone by since delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund/return.

Once orders are fulfilled and shipped out, we are not able to provide refunds. Only faulty, defective, incorrect, and/or missing products are eligible for refunds or exchanges. All items from White Tanuki Cave are Final Sale. Lucky Bags are Final Sale, and all items with the Bags cannot be exchanged nor returned. Please message us for returns; the customer will pay for return shipping.
